Our Semi-Private programs are ideal for people who like the small group atmosphere, people looking for community and accountability buddies, and proactive learners. The sessions are based on a class schedule, and groups include up to 4 people per session.
All of our coaching incorporates training, nutrition and lifestyle improvements. Our SEMI-PRIVATE programs are based on a class scheduled.
