This program is great for maintenance after someone as learned the foundation of our approach. It is also for those who don't need too much accountability and are independent/self-directed, or those who prefer online guidance. The sessions are customized to each individuals needs and can be done online.
All of our coaching incorporates training, nutrition and lifestyle improvements. Our GUIDANCE program is flexible, per appointment, and can be customized as needed. Every client meets once a week, in person or online. This is a self-paced program and each individual received the tools needed for progress.
