In order to live and become who we want to be, we must first acknowledge our need for change! Now change is gonna happen regardless of our effort because it is inherent to life, BUT we can sway change in a manner that is more favorable to our health IF we learn and practice healthy behaviors. The question then becomes, "Am I willing to put forth the time and energy to do so, or do I choose to live on autopilot?"

Complaining, thinking about, and/or talking about changing (without ACTUALLY working on it) will never get you anywhere you want to be. Action will! Take the necessary steps in order to facilitate your personal growth.
You need to take your power back! Put your health and happiness back into your own hands where it belongs. Stop relying on others to do it for you and stop shifting blame. No one is going to do the work for you because no one can. It takes courage, patience/time, and knowledge to do this, but you are capable!
We must LEARN how to become healthier. Take action now! Pick up a new book! Go to a seminar/class! Come in for a consultation! Find others who are living how you want to live and doing what you want to do and ASK QUESTIONS ! Stop doing the same old same old that got you into this state of health, or situation(s), that you don't want to be in. Stop saying you don’t have time! You do have time, you just choose do other things with your time. Make yourself a priority NOW!
